01 General Provisions

03 Age Verification

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your balance.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it is counted as odds of 1.0.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khalagor platform:

• Gaining an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

09 Account Closure or Suspension

Khalagor may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may close their own account at any time. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account.
